Livescan is included in the tuition fee and is available on campus.
| Physical Exam |
This fee varies if you use your own physician. In order to go through the school's primary care provider, there is a fee of $40.
| NSO Insurance |
The NSO is the malpractice insurance for the clinical rotation. Students will not be allowed to start clinical training without this insurance.
This is a $20 money order. No personal checks, cash, or credit cards will be accepted.
| Regional Testing Center (RTC) fee (State Exam) |
The state exam will be an $85 money order. NO cash, personal checks, or credit cards may be accepted.
Starting Sept. 1, 2007, the fee will increase to $90, payable as money order
