ABOUT THE TRINITY VOCATIONAL CENTER

Trinity Vocational Center (TVC) is a privately-owned educational institution that aims to offer comprehensive programs in health care services. The school is situated within a diverse community composed of minority groups in the South Bay area. Its location is easily accessible by car and public transportation.

History

Dec. 8, 2002	-	TVC was approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) to initially offer the Nurse Assistant Training Program.
Jan 19, 2005	-	TVC was approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) to initially offer the Home Health Aide Program.
Apr 29, 2005	-	TVC was approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) to initially offer the Medical Assistant and the Medical Clinical/Administrative Assistant.
Feb 3, 2006	-	The Vocational Nursing Program was granted approval by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT).
Feb 7, 2006	-	TVC was approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) to initially offer the Vocational Nursing Program.
Jun 22, 2007	-	TVC was accredited by the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT).
Jul 24, 2009	-	TVC was accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Feb 2, 2010	-	To accommodate increase in number of students, TVC moved to 1149 190th St., Suite 2000, Gardena CA 90248.
July 2, 2010	-	TVC was approved to participate in programs under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA) and the Federal student financial assistance programs (Title IV, HEA programs).

Trinity Vocational Center is equipped with modern technology to meet the educational needs of its students. The faculty members are caring, concerned individuals who have Master degrees in Nursing and Education.Â Their long-time theoretical and clinical backgrounds make them exceptional educators.Â The staff at Trinity Vocational Center are friendly individuals who are willing to assist students succeed in their endeavors.
